Island Industries is a multi-generation, family operated business specializing in self-storage, portable storage, shipping container sales, and transport. We’re located in Central Massachusetts at 75 Old Fiskdale Rd, Brookfield, MA 01506.

Island Industries began as a self-storage facility in the 1980’s owned by my Grandfather Roger Mundell Sr. and Grandmother Barbara Mundell.  Eventually, we expanded in the early 2000’s transporting shipping containers from New Jersey to northern New England one container at a time to increase the unit count at “the Island”. While transporting containers, we found many customers interested in purchasing these containers, and also renting containers at their location of choice.

Now we have over 200 shipping container rentals, and sell hundreds of shipping containers every year.
